LET’S TALK ABOUT SEX!  On this panel episode, we dive into how sexuality shows up in the Human Design chart!!  We have 1 of each type in this juicy discussion!  Manifestor: Nathália Gilek, Generator: Erica Villani,  Manifesting Generator: Megan Smith, Projector: Kayla Mason, and Reflector: Cayla Buettner.  In this second half of the discussion, we hear from our non-Sacral Types about how Sacral definition plays into the sexual experience, we dive into sensuality and the part Splenic definition plays, and we get to see how Emotional definition affects our sexual experiences!  It’s SO COOL to see how even though we may have similar stories, Human Design helps us to truly understand the nuances of how differently we experience these things emotionally and spiritually.  Join us!

E32: Mother and Daughter Connection with Laura and Jen

We have Kayla’s mother, Laura, and her older sister, Jen, back on the podcast, this time to talk about their unique mother/daughter relationship.  These two radiant matriarchs both have 6 lines in their profiles, meaning that their lives are experienced in 3 stages:
0~30ish = Trial & error
30-50ish = Observation & assimilation
50+ = Step into their true place as role models!
Laura was still a teenager when Jen was born, so these two traveled through these stages just a few years behind each other and then had the singular experience of being pregnant together and allowing that experience to create a beautiful friendship later in life.  And if you really want to nerd out, listen to “E20: Soul Mates from a Past Life with Sabrina & Brittany” - Laura & Jen were the vessels that these two soul mates came through!  SO COOL!!

Deconditioning is a term used by coaches and healers to discuss the idea of allowing the things that we were made to feel shame for, either by society, by other people in our lives, or even by ourselves, to be processed and healed, so we may move into a more aligned evolution of self.  On this episode, we continue the conversation and talk about some of the tools that helped Cayla on her journey, how she influences her loved ones to support her, and some tips she has for other Reflectors begin to decondition.

We’re joined by Dr. Kate Flynn, a coach whose training is in chiropractic with 15 years of experience in the healing arts.  Dr. Kate started using Human Design in her practice in the last couple of years, and as an Emotional Generator herself, she specializes in working with Sacral beings (Generators & Mani-Gens).  She has created a method that uses the Sacral response to help guide Human Design Generator types through an active deconditioning of the not self so that they may create the life they want.  In this convo, we discuss the superpowers of Sacral beings, the ways we see Human Design connecting with western medicine, and you get to listen to Megan be the guinea pig again as she goes through Dr. Kate’s method and has a beautiful revelation!  If you or anyone you love has a defined Sacral center, you do not want to miss this one!
