E18: Fostering Supportive Friendships with The Love Coven: Kayla, Megan & Erica!

We have our best friend, Erica, on the pod again, this time to look at how our Human Designs work together in our trio, lovingly coined “The Love Coven”!  We are a Projector, a Generator, and a ManiGen, so we bring very different energies to the space, but share a growth mindset that helps us thrive individually and as a group.  We talk about the importance of having a safe space to be vulnerable with friends, the mutual respect and balance of power within our group, and the effort we put in as our friendship has grown over the last 14 years.
